Welcome to the Sigma Lambda chapter of Kappa Delta! My name is Lilli Midgette, and I’m beyond thankful to serve as the 2026 Chapter President. It is truly a privilege to represent a chapter filled with such driven, genuine, and incredible women.

Kappa Delta quickly became more than just an organization to me. It became a place of belonging. From the very beginning, I was surrounded by women who pushed me to grow, supporting me through challenges, and celebrating every succes along the way. This sisterhood has helped shape who I am today, strengthening my confidence and inspriring me to lead with purpose and heart.

Kappa Delta’s open motto, “Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest,” is at the heart of everything we stand for. Everything we do is grounded in our commitment to living honorably and striving for excellence. We believe in lifting each other up, creating meaningful change through service, and fostering an environment where every women feels empowered to be her authentic self. The strength of our chapter comes from the way we show up for one another: consistently, selflessly, and wholeheartedly.
