Hi Sweet freind!!! I am so glad You’re here! My name is peyton vidrine, and i have the absolute honor of serving as the recruitment chair for kappa delta this year. never in my wildest dreams did I image the lord would call me to this role, and I am forever in awe of how faithful he’s been in guiding me every step of the way. Getting to steward this year’s recruitment process is one of the greatest joys and honors of my Auburn experience, and I’ve never been more excited to welcome you into this season!
The women in this chapter have poured into me in ways that I will never be able to put into words. They have given me confidence, brought light to some of my hardest days, wisdom in moments of uncertainty, and so much laughter in the everyday moments. This sisterhood is filled with authenticity, grace, and constant encouragement—my biggest hope and prayer for you is that you’d get to experience that kind of community too.
As we approach this crazy and sometimes overwhelming week of recruitment, one thing I want you to know is this: the letters that you wear will never define who you are and were created to be. Use this precious time as an opportunity to meet as many girls as possible– those friendships will be the ones that extend far beyond your rush experience and time at Auburn! Who you are already is more than enough! Be yourself—fully and unapologetically. You will find people who meet and love you just as you are, and the girls in this chapter have reminded me of that truth time and time again. Every detail of this week has been planned with so much thought, love, and prayer for YOU!
Being part of this chapter has been one of the biggest blessings in my life! They’re the people I laugh with, grow with, and lean on every single day. They’ve shown me what it looks like to be a part of something bigger than yourself, and I’m forever in debt to this sisterhood that has shaped me so deeply. I’m SO EXCITED for you to experience this week and all the good that’s ahead. My prayer for you is that you find a home where you feel seen, celebrated, and so very loved.

The Sigma Lambda Chapter of Kappa Delta is looking forward to meeting the young women participating in recruitment In 2025. Please note that our gpa cutoff is 3.4. Recommendation and Legacy Introduction forms are available on the national Kappa Delta website. National Headquarters and Sigma Lambda encourage all writers of these recruitment tools to use online forms, rather than mailed in copies. After submitting a form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that includes a completed copy of the form that was just submitted.
